By downloading, installing, or using PropLayer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. License
PropLayer grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the desktop application for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the software.
3. Permitted Use
- PropLayer is intended for personal informational use while watching sports broadcasts.
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any sportsbook, streaming service, or platform you use alongside PropLayer.
- You are responsible for any costs incurred through your use of third-party API keys (Anthropic, The Odds API).
4. Prohibited Use
- You may not use PropLayer for any unlawful purpose.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
- You may not use PropLayer in jurisdictions where sports betting tools are prohibited.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
PropLayer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of prop odds, player stats, or detection results. Do not make financial decisions based solely on PropLayer output.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropLayer and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.
7. Updates and Termination
We may update or discontinue PropLayer at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify early access purchasers of significant changes.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PropLayer is operated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
