PropLayer ("we", "our", "us") is a desktop application that overlays real-time player stats and prop odds on sports broadcasts. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
2. Data We Collect
PropLayer is designed with privacy in mind. Specifically:
- No video data is sent to our servers. All computer vision inference runs locally on your machine.
- API keys stay local. Your Anthropic Claude API key and The Odds API key are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to PropLayer servers.
- Waitlist email. If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address solely to notify you about product updates and early access.
3. Third-Party Services
PropLayer integrates with third-party APIs at your direction:
- Anthropic Claude API — used for jersey identification. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
- The Odds API — used for live prop odds. Subject to their own privacy policy.
4. Data Retention
We retain waitlist email addresses until you unsubscribe or request deletion. We do not sell or share your email with third parties.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at Help@prop-layer.com.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify waitlist subscribers of material changes via email.
